When such material is used for these purposes, Ecxo Interactive will use it in a de-identified manner. Information that directly identifies or links the material to a specific user, account, email address, username, or other directly identifying account information will not intentionally be included as part of the AI training material.
Ecxo Interactive may use eligible user-generated projects, media, or content for these purposes regardless of the type of project, media, or content involved, provided that the material used for AI-related purposes is not directly linked to the user who created or submitted it.
The use of user-generated material for artificial intelligence or machine learning purposes does not, by itself, transfer ownership of that material to Ecxo Interactive.
Users remain the owners of their personal account information.
Subject to any applicable terms governing a specific product or service, users also retain their applicable ownership rights in projects, media, and other content they create.

We take reasonable measures to protect user data against unauthorized access, misuse, alteration, or disclosure.
However, no online service can guarantee absolute security.
